We have successfully migrated your email service away from Rackspace to a new service provider. You will need to log into the MySecurePractice account that originally purchased the email addresses for your practice to find your temporary credentials.
Once logged into MySecurePractice, navigate directly to: https://mysecurepractice.com/Membership/LogOn?returnUrl=https://mysecurepractice.com/StandardEmail
After your temporary password is obtained, follow the instructions in this Help Center article starting with “How to Access Webmail.” If you have trouble accessing MySecurePractice or following the steps in the Help Center, please contact our Support team directly at 888-840-0739 during standard business hours. Note that we are experiencing long hold times but we will answer your call as quickly as possible.
