    • You should also check to see if there are any custom filters set up in your email account that may be archiving the messages, marking them as read, or deleting them automatically.
  3. checkbox.png NON-PBHS HOSTED EMAIL:
If you are using a non-pbhs hosted email, you can ask that your email provider to:
    • Whitelist this email address: noreply@pbhs.com
This will ensure all emails from noreply@pbhs.com are received in your inbox.  It would be best practice to have them also whitelist pbhs.com (our entire domain), to ensure all PBHS email communication is received.
  4. checkbox.png PBHS HOSTED EMAIL:
If you are using a pbhs hosted email, please contact PBHS Support and we can help resolve this issue.
