Reset Password

  1. Once you Sign In
  2. Select the "Settings" icon located on the top blue banner of the Studio App
  3. Select the blue button labeled "Reset Password"
  4. On the Reset Password page:
    1. Under the first field labeled "Old Password", enter the current password associated with your login
    2. Under the second field labeled "New Password", enter the new password you would like to use for your login- note the below requirements:
      • **Note your new password is required to be a minimum of 8 characters in length and must contain at least 1 character from each of the following four classes:
        • Lower Case letters
        • Upper Case letters
        • Numbers
        • Contain Non-alphanumeric ("special characters") such as punctuation symbols
        • Be at least 8 characters long
    3. Under the third field labeled "Confirm Password", reenter the new password. 
  5. Select the blue button labeled "Submit" to confirm your password change
  6. Select the blue button labeled "Ok", this will lead you back to your previous posts dashboard.
