Failed Post List Introduction

  2. Select the Alert/Bell icon located in your top blue banner
    • The icon will also include a failed post counter in red (this will display the total number of failed posts at all times):

Failed Posts Errors

Image Too Large Error from Twitter

The Studio image editor will do it's best to compress the image to a normal size that the app can handle.  If the app can't compress it enough, it will fail to post:

  1. Once you are on your failed post list
  2. Select the Retry button located in the upper right hand corner of the post:

  3. You would get this error below, "Twitter Error:  Image size too large.  Must be 5MB maximum."
  4. Select the "OK" button to get back to your failed posts list:

    • You will also get an email notification each time a post fails, giving you the error information above:

As of now there is no way to dismiss this post, so it will stay in your failed posts list.

Unauthorized Error From Twitter

This is most likely caused by either a out dated password, or if someone has revoked access to the Studio App from your Twitter settings.

  1. Once you are on your failed post list
  2. Select the Retry button located in the upper right hand corner of the post:

  3. You would get this error below, "Twitter Error:  Unauthorized - Authentication credentials were missing or incorrect."
  4. Select the "OK" button to get back to your failed posts list:twitter-creds-revoked.png
