Instructions below ONLY apply to iConsult.

In this section, we will go over the following:


Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you may follow this guide to reset it.

  1. Navigate to the below website in a Firefox or Google Chrome browser:
    https://portal.iconsultenterprise.com/Membership/Logon
  2. Click Forgot Password? 
  3. Enter your email address and click 'Continue':
  4. You will get a confirmation:
  5. Check your email and follow the link to reset your password
    Note: Please check your spam folder in case you don't see the email in your inbox from noreply@pbhs.com.
  6. Type your new password, confirm it again below and select "Change Password" (to save your new password):
  7. Select "Continue":
  8. This will bring your login screen, now login with your username and new password:

Account Locked Error

  • If you or someone in your office has tried to login to the portal more than 5 times unsuccessfully, you will get an error like this below
  • You will need to contact PBHS Support so we can unlock your login for you. You can do so by emailing us at support@pbhs.com or call at 888-840-0739

Account Expired Error

If you try to login to your iConsult account, and you get the below error - please contact support for further guidance (support@pbhs.com or 888-840-0739).
