IMPORTANT: In all of the instructions below, replace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name and do not type in www.

Please refer to vendor's instructions for setting up your email. The settings you'll need are as follows:

  • Incoming and Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com (remember to use your own domain name here)
  • Account/User Name: your complete email address
  • Password: you should have this, let us know if you need it reset
  • Outgoing mail server authentication method: email address and password
  • SSL: Leave this setting Off

*AT&T, Verizon, Rogers, Shaw, Bell, Optimum Online, Qwest, and Cox Internet Customers Only, see extra step:  use outgoing port 101 instead of port 25
