I received an email from Postmaster about a mailbox exceeding size

If the message in the returned has the following:

User mailbox exceeds allowed size: recipient email address here

That email box on the email server is full and needs to have emails removed from it in order to start receiving emails again. The recipient will need to log into the webmail and delete emails.

  • You can do this by going to "mail.your-domain-name-here" and logging into the account. Once you are logged in, you will want to review the emails in your Inbox and Sent folders.
  • Once you have deleted emails there, right click on the Deleted folder and choose "Empty" from the menu. You will need to empty the Deleted folder to completely remove the emails and free up space.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Postmaster messages from PBHS do not include links and will not ask you to download and install software. If you have questions regarding the email or have received a Postmaster message instructing you to click on a link, download or install software, please contact PBHS support.
