Full Mailbox Notification


If you receive the following email from "postmaster@your-domain-here":

Subject: Full Mailbox Notification

User   Host "your-domain-here"

Your mailbox is nearly full, please remove some messages.

If you have any questions, see your system administrator.

Your mailbox on the server (not your email program, i.e. Outlook, Mac Mail, etc) is nearly full and you will need to log into the webmail and delete emails in order to start receiving emails again.

  • You can do this by going to "mail.your-domain-name-here" and logging into the account. Once you are logged in, you will want to review the emails in your Inbox and Sent folders.
  • Once you have deleted emails there, right click on the Deleted folder and choose "Empty" from the menu. You will need to empty the Deleted folder to completely remove the emails and free up space.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Postmaster messages from PBHS do not include links nor will they ask you to download and install software.
