inForm: Save and Send

Instructions below ONLY apply to Inform.

When you have completed the editing process, have previewed your newsletter, and are satisfied with the result, you are ready to send!

1. Click the number “4” tab titled “Delivery Options” at the top of the screen. Next select one (or more) of the mailing lists you have created by checking the box next to it.

2. You now have 3 options. You may click the orange “SAVE ONLY” button to save your newsletter for mailing or editing at another time.

3. You may click the orange “SAVE AND SEND” button, which will save a copy of your newsletter for your personal records, as well as send it immediately to the indicated recipients.

4. You can also click the orange “SAVE AND SCHEDULE TO SEND” button.
