Early in 2013 Mozilla Firefox was updated to a new version. This version included a built-in PDF viewer that doesn't utilize Adobe Reader. This can cause problems for many PDFs that don't render properly outside of Adobe Reader. Please use the following instructions to change how you view PDFs in Firefox.
Click on the Firefox button in the top left corner of the browser. Choose "options".
Click on the tab for "Applications"
Within the Applications screen, search for "PDF".
To the right of "Portable Document Format (PDF)" click into the drop-down menu and select "Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)".
Click OK, close the PDF tab that isn't displaying properly, and click on it again in order to see it displayed properly.
