I can't log in to my email using Internet Explorer


November 2013:

With the latest version of Internet Explorer (version 11), there is an issue logging into your email account. After you enter in your email address, password and then clicking the "Log in" button, nothing happens. There is a software incompatibility with the email server software in this version if Internet Explorer. We are currently waiting for a software update to become available for us to install.

Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10 are not affected.
