iConsult: Doctor’s Portal

Instructions below ONLY apply to iConsult.

In this section, we will go over the following:


  1. You can login to your iConsult portal below:
    https://portal.iconsultenterprise.com/Membership/Logon
  2. Use your email and password which you setup, and enter it in the correct fields below
  3. Select the "Log On" button to proceed to your portal:
  4. The initial screen you will see is a list of your patients entered within your iConsult Application.  
  5. You will see a few options (per patient) on the same row as the patient:
    • You can “view consults”, this allows you to view the entire consultation
    • You can “view video forms”, this allows you to view all signed consent forms (including TruForm, if you have this product active)
    • You can “resend invite” to patient so they can view their consultation(s) online.  This will only display if you have entered a valid email within the iConsult application.
    • You can “deactivate” the patient (this will no longer allow them to login to view their consultation).  Deactivated patients will not show in your iConsult App Patient List!!
    • You can navigate by using the “next” and “last” buttons located under the patient list.

To View a Consultation

  1. You can “view consults”, this allows you to view the entire consultation:
    • If the patient has multiple consultations, you can select the "All Consultations" drop down above to select the specific consultation you would like to review. 
  2. Consultation Section of your Patients Consult:
    • Click the “view” button (blue button to the right) to preview a slideshow of the full, finalized consultation for the selected patient.
    • Viewing Slideshow:
      • Title will change with each slide (located in upper left hand corner)
      • There is a previous and next button on the right and left hand side
      • The bottom left will indicate what slide you are on
      • You can close the slides at anytime by selecting "Close" in the bottom right hand corner

        *note you can save any images, but will be unable to save any lists or videos in this slideshow:
      • Right click anywhere on the image provided in the slideshow
      • Select "Save image as"
      • Choose the location on where you would like to save it- done!
    • The audio recordings will be listed here as well (if you recorded anything during your consultation), you can replay them as needed here. If you have multiple audio recording – each recording will be listed on its own line:
    • You can play each audio recording by pressing the play button (or you can pause the audio by selecting the pause button) note you cannot save these audio recordings.
  3. Signed Forms Section of your Patients Consult:
    • View the finalized consent forms that were filled out and signed through iConsult App. Once you click the “view” button, the PDF form will open in a new window for your review:

      Once you open and view the needed document, you can then:
      • Print
      • Save
      • Review and Exit



    • View the finalized TruForm (if the patient had filled out a prior TruForm before the consultation).  Once you click the "view" button, the PDF form will open in a new window for your review:

      Once you open and view the needed document, you can then:
      • Print
      • Save
      • Review and Exit
  4. Notes Section of your Patients Consult:
    **Note, patients will not be able to see this section of information from their patient portal.
    • Notes that were added in the consultation will show at the bottom. If you have multiple notes- each note will be listed on its own line.
      **Note you can highlight, copy/paste to your needed practice software (there is currently no other way to save these notes..)

To View the Patients Video Consent Forms
**Note, patients will not be able to see this section of information from their patient portal.

If you setup your patient to watch the consent video for their procedure, at the end of the consent video there is a PDF they filled out to acknowledge that they did review this video and understood the information given:

  1. Find the patient within your Patient list
  2. Select "View Video forms
  3. Here you will find their form for review
  4. Select "view" to view the consent as a PDF
    Once you view the needed document, you can then:
    • Print
    • Save
    • Review and Exit
