Why your website is down:

1. If you have a website with PBHS that recently went "live" and you didn't have a  website previously:

  • PBHS typically goes live with your website on Fridays so that the DNS changes can propagate over the weekend. Please wait until the following week to check again. It can take up to 24 - 48 hours for the DNS change to fully propagate through the Internet.

If you have further questions or still do not see your website, please contact PBHS Support for assistance.

2. If you have a website with PBHS that recently went "live" and you had a website before you became a client of PBHS:

  • PBHS typically goes live with your website on Fridays so that the DNS changes can propagate over the weekend. Please wait until the following week to check again. It can take up to 24 - 48 hours for the DNS change to fully propagate through the Internet.
  • Check your website from outside of the office (for example, at home, or other location) or from a mobile device that is not connected to your office Wi-Fi. Your office network might be configured to look to the servers of the company that was previously hosting your website. You will need to contact your local technical support company.
  • You can contact PBHS Support and a Support Team Member can help determine if you will need to contact your local technical support company.

3. If you have a PBHS website and it has been "live" for a while with PBHS and PBHS is not managing the domain (the website name):

  • The registration period may have expired and the domain needs to be renewed as soon as possible. You will need to contact the registrar or company to renew the domain.
  • The registrar or company may have a placed a hold on your account. You will need to contact them to resolve the matter.

If no action needs to be taken with the registrar or company managing your domain, please contact PBHS Support.

4. If you have a PBHS website and it has been "live" for a while with PBHS and PBHS is managing the domain:

5. If you have a PBHS website and it cannot be viewed in certain regions, it's likely that that region is country blocked. You can read more about country blocking here
