When a Case is referred to you, you may be notified in the following ways:
If you would like to Accept a case, please follow the directions below:
- Once on your dashboard
- Locate the patient case you would like to accept, and select the View button:
- Once the case is reviewed, select the Accept button located at the top of the Case:
- This will reload the case with the top status bar, from here you will see a confirmation that his case was successfully accepted:
- From here, you can manage this patient case here.
