MySecurePractice Portal: Downloading Files


Instructions below ONLY apply to the MySecurePractice Portal.

For the following products:

  • Secure Mail
  • Collaborator
  • TruForm

Our system will download any attachments through your browser's default settings (unless you have changed them otherwise).  This will usually set to download directly to your "Downloads" folder, but depending on the browser there are a few ways to change these settings.
