Do I have to be a member of AAOMS to set up a profile?
Yes, you must be an AAOMS member to sign up.

What if I do not know my AAOMS member number?
Contact AAOMS directly.

Does the email address have to be a valid one?
Yes, this will serve as your login information and important billing information.

Can I change my email address once the profile is set up?
Yes (coming soon!).

Can I change the URL once the profile is set up?
No, the URL of your profile page will always remain the same and cannot be changed.

Can I upgrade my account?
Yes, within the Account Section there will be a feature to upgrade your tier (coming soon!).

How do I update my credit card?
Within the Account Section there will be a feature to update your credit card on file (coming soon!).

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, please contact PBHS Support (support@pbhs.com) for further instruction.



What is my username?
Your username is generated based on your profile URL (for example: http://johnsmithdmd.myomsprofile.com/). When you sign up you will receive an email with your username for your records, but you'll use your email address to sign in to manage your profile page.

How do I retrieve my password?
Click the "Lost Your Password?" link from the myomsprofile.com sign in page (you'll find the LOGIN option located in the upper right corner of the myomsprofile.com website).

Can I go back at any time and edit my biography/address/photo/logo?
Yes, all you need to do is log back in to your page to edit and click on the gear icon on the right corner of the profile.

Can I change all the photos on the site?
NO, you can only change the personal bio photo and logo you uploaded.

Can I change the main topics on the site?
You can change services/procedures by editing your bio however main topics and videos will be based on AAOMS content.

The map is wrong on my site, how do I correct that?
You'll need to update your office address by editing your bio.



Can I change the color on the site?
With a Tier 2 account, you can change the primary accent color.

Why don't I see any reviews on my profile page?
First ensure that you purchased Tier 2. You must have submitted reviews and for reviews to be visible, they must be approved. Click here for instructions on approving reviews submitted to your profile page.

How do I check to see if I have any reviews?
Click here for instructions on approving reviews submitted to your profile page. You will also receive a notification email when a new review is submitted.
