Unlocking Accounts

Login to mail.domain.com with info@domain.com or other admin user

  • Click iAdmin on the top left

  • Click User Administration
    • 02._iAdmin.PNG
  • Click on an email to open its settings
    • 03._User_Administration.PNG
  • Email settings: This is where you can unlock a user that was locked out after too many wrong password attempts
