Amazon Fire Silent Partner TV: SIlent Partner App Options


In this section, we will go over the following:

  1. Options Page
  2. Check for updates
  3. Log out

If requested by PBHS Support, we may additionally request you:

  1. The Device Name and/or Reset Time
  2. Show Loading Log

Options Page

While the Silent Partner TV app is open, you can access the options page for specific app actions as needed.

  1. While the Silent Partner TV App is playing from your Fire TV:
  2. Select the Amazon remote Rewind button:

  3. This will take you to the App Options page:

Now you can:

    1. Check for Updates
    2. Log out

Check for Updates

If you've made modifications to your playlist or device settings, you can restart the Silent Partner TV APP to ensure your device gets the updates made.

  1. Once on the Options page
  2. Select the Check for Updates button
  3. This will close the Silent Partner TV app, and reopen the app which will begin to auto play the default playlist assigned. Any modification made to the playlist or app settings will now be up-to-date.

Log Out

If you would like to log out of the Silent Partner TV app, please follow the below instructions.  Login credentials are not stored, and you will need to reenter your credentials to use the Silent Partner TV app again.

  1. Once on the Options page
  2. Select the Advanced Options button
  3. Select the Log Out button
  4. Select the Log Out Now button
  5. This will take you back to the Silent Partner TV login page.
