    If Closed Captions is enabled for YouTube video's, the Silent Partner TV Chyron will NOT display on ANY YouTube Videos (regardless if the YouTube video supports Closed Caption or not).
  2. What Firestick devices can download and play Silent Partner TV APP?

  3. When I try to login to my Silent Partner TV app, I get an error that states "Device registration failed validation."

    You may be already logged into another Amazon Fire TV device.  Please contact PBHS Support for further help. You will need to have a unique MySecurePractice login PER DEVICE!
  4. Does PBHS provide the Amazon Fire TV device?

    No.  This is something that can be quickly purchased directly from your practice, either online or in store.  
  5. Do I need to have an Amazon Prime membership to use The Amazon Fire Silent Partner TV app?

    No, you don't need to have a Prime subscription. The Prime subscription does include free streaming video with enough titles to rival Netflix, and of course you can also buy or rent other content (such as the download of the Silent Partner TV app provided for free with your Silent Partner TV subscription).    
  6. How do I get access to use the Amazon Silent Partner TV app?

  7. Do I need a credit card added to the Fire TV connected account in order to download the Silent Partner TV app?

    Yes.  Although the ADA TV app is FREE , Amazon Fire TV requires you to have a valid credit card on file in order to download any paid or free app.  Note, if you do not have a valid card on file, you will get a error similar to this when you try to download the Silent Partner TV app: "Purchase Failure: For your convenience all purchases are completed with your Amazon one-click settings. We cannot complete your order because you do not have a valid payment billing address set up in your Amazon account." If you receive this message: Please Click Here to enter your card information. BE SURE TO LOGIN TO AMAZON WITH THE SAME ACCOUNT USED FOR YOUR FIRESTICK.
